The Partner Account is attached to the Member account you already have, and you will be its Partner Holder.
What it is
A Partner Account, not a second account
The person stays one person. You keep the Member identity you already have, and a Partner Account is attached to it — with you as its Partner Holder, the one verified person who holds and answers for it.
- Your accountThe Member you already are. Your Coupons and the Businesses you follow stay exactly where they are.
- Partner HolderYou, verified. A person who answers for the account, not a role that can be handed out: collaborators get roles, the Holder does not.
- Partner AccountThe commercial account itself. It has no public page of its own: nobody browses a Partner Account. Billing and plan belong to it.
- BusinessThe public one. This is the page people find, with its locations, Offers, Coupons and Reviews. One Partner Account can hold several.
- Offers, Coupons and EventsThe three things you publish. An Offer announces, a Coupon can be claimed and redeemed, an Event has dates and a place.
Approving the account is not approving the Business. Each Business you add goes through its own verification, keeps its own state and carries its own history. That is deliberate: it is what stops one approved account from becoming a way to list anything.

Six things, and none of them is a phone book entry
A Business on Menbru is a page you run, with Offers, Coupons and Events you publish and the figures to see how they do.
You decide what goes up
Offers, Coupons and Events are written and published by your Business, never on its behalf, and all of them go through moderation. Offers and Coupons pass automatic checks first, and a first publication or anything higher-risk is read by a person at Menbru before it goes public.
Coupons people can redeem
A Coupon sets its own benefit, terms and validity, and can cap how many Claims it allows. Redemption is a QR scan at the counter, checked by the server, and a second use is refused.
A record of every redemption
Each Business has a ledger of confirmed, rejected, cancelled and reversed redemptions, with who handled each one. A reversal adds an entry and never erases the original. It is an operating record, not a tax record.
A team, with limits
Invite collaborators to one Business by email, with roles such as Manager, Publisher, Coupon redeemer and Analyst. The link works once and expires, and access can be revoked. Someone at the counter can redeem Coupons without being able to publish.
Numbers that mean something
See profile Views, Claims, Redemptions and the rate from Claim to Redemption as separate measures, not one blended score. Figures are aggregates: you never see identifiable Members.
What Menbru is not. No bookings, food orders, delivery, ticket sales, inventory or point of sale, and no processing of the payments for what you sell. Selling, booking and serving stay with your Business, through its own channels.
Verification
What we check, and why you want us to
Verification is the reason a listing here is worth having. It is what stops someone claiming a business they do not run — including yours.
Always checked
- Who you are. Identity of the owner or representative.
- That the business exists. Evidence of real commercial activity.
- That you can speak for it. Authority to register it.
- Where it is. Its principal location.
- What it is. The category, which is what puts you in the right search.
Not asked for
- A website. Plenty of good businesses here do not have one. For some of them, Menbru becomes it.
- A bank account. Nothing is charged to list.
A commercial licence is asked for only where the category or the jurisdiction requires it. Verification is risk-based: not every business is asked for the same paperwork.

The four things everyone asks
Does this create a second account?
No. There is one identity per person on Menbru. You are asking for a Partner Account to be attached to the account you already have: same sign-in, same password, same Member profile.
Do I lose my Member side?
No. Your Member profile, your claimed Coupons and the Businesses you follow stay as they are. You simply have a second side to Menbru, for the Businesses you run.
Can I use it while I wait?
Yes, as a Member: everything you do today keeps working. What you cannot do until you are approved is publish or manage a Business. You can check the state of your application whenever you like.
What if you turn me down?
You are told, and you are told why: a rejection is a recorded decision with a reason, not silence, and the reason stays on your application page. Where something is only missing, Menbru tells you exactly what instead of refusing.
